What we collect
Graynote is operated by Spacetime Studios. We process account and billing information, prompts, conversations, uploads, saved research and creative work. We also receive public source content, usage records, device information and error reports. Cookies and browser storage support sign-in and preferences.
How we use it
We use this information to provide research and creative tools, manage accounts and billing, troubleshoot issues and protect the service. Relevant content may be processed by AI providers. We use service providers for hosting, storage, authentication, payments, research and diagnostics. Processing may occur outside your country. We may also disclose information for legal obligations, security or a business transfer.
Connected accounts
When you connect Meta or another platform, we process account identifiers, access tokens, campaigns, creatives and metrics covered by your permissions. We use these to show results and carry out publishing or ad-management actions you request. You can revoke access in the platform's settings. Revoking access does not automatically delete previously saved work.
Storage
Account and project records may remain indefinitely unless you request removal. Temporary media and source links may expire. We use access controls and server-side credential handling, but cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and deletion requests
Email haven@spacetime-studios.com from your account email to request access, correction or deletion of your account or connected-platform data. Identify the account or connection you want removed. We may verify your identity and retain records needed for legal, billing or security purposes. Available rights depend on your location.

Graynote is intended for adults. We update the date above when this policy changes.
