Using Graynote
These terms cover Graynote, operated by Spacetime Studios. By using the service, you agree to these terms and acknowledge our Privacy Policy. You must be an adult and have authority to act for any business or account you connect. Keep your sign-in secure and let us know about unauthorized access.
Your content and connections
You retain your rights in content you upload. You give us permission to host, process, and transmit it as needed to provide the service, including through our service and AI providers. Only upload, connect, or use content and accounts you have permission to use.
Research references remain the property of their owners. Access to a post or an AI-generated adaptation does not grant you rights to reuse someone else’s footage, music, likeness, brand, or other protected material. You are responsible for reviewing those rights before publishing.
Research and AI results
Results depend on source access and available data. Counts can change, sources can be incomplete, and AI can make mistakes. Review outputs, claims, and creative work before relying on them. Popularity is not proof of profitability, and Graynote does not guarantee reach, revenue, or campaign performance.
Features marked as previews or coming soon may change or be unavailable. Connected publishing and advertising actions require your instructions and remain subject to the platform’s own terms.
Plans and usage
Paid plans, included usage, renewal terms, and prices are shown at checkout. Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew until canceled. Cancel before renewal to avoid the next charge. Usage limits may pause tasks; third-party advertising spend is separate from your Graynote subscription.
When paid access ends, workspace access may be locked. Cancellation does not automatically delete your account or projects. Contact us about billing issues, refunds, or deletion. Any mandatory refund or consumer rights remain unaffected.
Keep it fair
Do not use Graynote for unlawful activity, rights infringement, harassment, unauthorized account access, or attempts to bypass security or usage limits. We may restrict access when necessary to address abuse, nonpayment, security risks, or legal requirements.
Availability and responsibility
We aim to keep Graynote useful and reliable, but provide it as available without guarantees of uninterrupted service or error-free results. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect losses, lost profits, or third-party platform outages. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the service evolves. We’ll update the date above and give notice of material changes where required. If you have a concern, contact us so we can try to resolve it.
